The Restaurants at Maison Martinique, property at Caribbean Court Boutique Resort, has been an establishment in the Vero Beach area for many years. In July of 2021, it was taken over by Chef & Co-Owner Daniel Wise along with General Manager & Co-Owner Colleen Carr.

Since then, Maison Martinique Restaurant has been restored as one of the leading Vero Beach Restaurants, providing French Mediterranean cuisine that highlights the highest quality sourced ingredients including fresh seafood & prime angus beef.

We are currently serving Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour, Dinner and a Late Night Tapas (Friday & Saturday Only).
